Some tips to achieve

Laguna 724 is located near the Giardini water bus stop: you will see in front of
you the little bridge of the Giardini and on the right the Rio of Sant’Anna. If you walk along the
fondamenta (foundations) for approximately 200 meters, you will reach Calle del Prete Sotto:
at number 724 you will find Laguna 724 B&B.

From Marco Polo Airport (Venice): the faster and cheaper solution is to get on an ACTV Bus N.5. Exit from the arrival hall, cross the street and you will find the bus stop on your left.
The bus will take you to Piazzale Roma (it will take 20 minutes, you must get off at the last stop).

From Treviso Airport: At the airport you will find a shuttle that will take you directly at Piazzale Roma.

From Piazzale Roma: If you reach Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto by car, there are many solutions for parking: Garage Tronchetto, Garage San Marco, Municipal Garage. The costs are approximately € 20,00 per day. In Piazzale Roma you will find the main ACTV water bus stop. You can get on the line 5.1 or 1 and it will take you to the Giardini stop.

From Santa Lucia Train Station: Out of the station you will find the piers of the water bus stops; here you can purchase tickets and Venice passes. Line 5.1 and 1 will take you to the Giardini stop.

Other Alternatives: You can get on a private water taxi that can take you directly to Laguna 724 B&b. It is possible to book a private water taxi via mail, along with an hostess service that will
welcome you at the arrival hall and will accompany you at the B&b.

Lines: You can purchase the bus ticket and/or the Venice Pass in the arrival hall at the airport.
After retrieving your luggage, exit on the left side and you will see few boxes, one of which is
ACTV.
